  • Once you’ve narrowed down your list & have a clear favorite, we will collaborate to make an offer using my best practices for success.

  • Between the offer & final contract, it's important for us to stay in close contact so that you have all the information needed to make the best decisions.

  • As soon your offer is accepted, we will schedule a home inspection. A licensed inspector will look at the home & make recommendations for repairs & replacements.

  • We'll work closely with your loan officer to get your loan approved.

  • The attorneys will schedule the closing so you can sign the documents in order to make the home officially yours!
