Hi! I’m Sarah LaRue!

I'm an experienced real estate agent based in Monmouth County, NJ with a passion for helping buyers find their dream home, sellers sell for the highest price possible and investors build their portfolios.  I work in all areas of NJ, and my primary expertise is in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.  I love to focus on making YOUR life easier because let’s face it, buying or selling a home can be a rollercoaster of emotions. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert, served my office on the Agent Leadership Council and was chosen to be in Gary Keller’s TOP 100 Agents in my company.  I work incredibly hard for my clients and treat them as part of my family.

How did I get into real estate?  After graduating from Rutgers University with a degree in American Studies and Rutgers Graduate School of Education with a degree in Elementary Education, I began a short career as a 4th-grade teacher. After I began teaching, I started selling real estate part-time. When I had my first daughter in 2006, I decided to leave teaching to focus on raising her and going into real estate full-time.

Since then, I have helped hundreds of buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords successfully acquire properties. I have also personally purchased several investment properties and sold them for significant profits. Now, I enjoy helping others get their home sold fast for a great price as well as helping them find their dream home. My two daughters and son even help me with my business now!
